Eureka Pet Food has a 10 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 10 days in the original packaging and original condition and we will give your choice of a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot accept items for return that are shown to have been abused, altered or opened, even if within the 10 day return period. All items are inspected prior to shipment for quality. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packaging materials and contact the carrier (FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or the trucking company) immediately. Do NOT return the package to us, but do contact us if there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.
You must contact us by email prior to returning any item so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number can be assigned to your return. Please include your order number, name, items and reason for return. Once you have an RMA number, please return the item in original packaging and condition. Please also be sure to write the RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the box and send the package post paid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice and reason for the return. Your items will ship within five days of your purchase, to insure the quality of your order. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: refridgerated truck, U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing your order. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed in the state of Florida will be charged 6% sales tax.
